My name's Annie and I am a certified Meditation Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Transformational Coach, Usui Reiki Master and Freelance writer living in Perth, WA with my husband and two kids.
From a young age, I have been automatic writing and meditating, always searching for that deeper inherent connection within all of us.
I have a background in Journalism, Acting, Arts & Events and Broadcasting. I found my passion in the science of life; Ayurveda, which has taken me on a journey of self-discovery and higher consciousness.
There's an energetic shift happening on our planet that we are all waking up to and it's exciting!
I am deeply passionate to guide others to shift perspective, unleash all energetic blocks in their life and tap back into their innate brilliance which is inherent in everyone. Our healing starts from within.
