Annie has worked with a number of organisations and corporate business groups to deliver an easy to digest approach to mindfulness and providing tangible tips for staff to take away and use immediately to support their health and wellness journey.

Meditation has proven to show a decrease in cortisol levels, reduce anxiety and help promote vitality within the body and mind.

Annie's facilitation is kind, inclusive and personable. Her  mindfulness talks are relatable, inspiring and give actionable, easy and effective methods to integrate mindfulness into your every day lives, both personal and professional.

 

Annie helps guide her groups to a place of peace, calm and serenity.  Providing a positive perspective shift, that enables staff retention, overall happiness within individuals, along with ease and flow in the work place. 

 

Drawing from classical meditation practices, as well as infusing a modern and innovative approach to facilitation that makes her classes easy for the true-beginner, and enjoyable and awakening for the practiced meditator. 

 

Package description varies according to the organisations specific requirements. 

​

A popular choice for organisations is  a set group of sessions  (e.g. 4-5 sessions)  usually running for 30-minute bite sized sessions to small groups of staff at different times to cater for all schedules. 

​
