Reiki IS this energy, which is also called source, god, universal consciousness, prana, chi and many other terms.
Reiki is a profound healing practice, when the Reiki practitioner is clear of mundane exposures and sets an intention, whilst maintaining a cleansed heart, mind and body they can become the clear conduit needed to flow divine Reiki energy into their client.
This energy has innate intelligence and knows exactly where to focus the healing energy.
What's more precious here is that the healing energy which helps to unblock, cleanse and heal the client is all of the client's own work (energy) and openness. The practitioner simply becomes the conduit in facilitating and flowing the energy-work session.
