Service Description

An in-depth 90 minute assessment, covering health history, ailments, current lifestyle, daily health and mental well-being. A step-by-step program is then designed in a diet and lifestyle plan, meditation and mindfulness schedule, with the help of herbs and Ayurvedic therapies. A 30 minute follow-up consultation or Integrated Vedic counselling / life coaching session is recommended to implement the plan into your daily life.
