Annie has created an incredible blend of Ayurveda, vedic counselling and life coaching, along with Reiki and guided meditation to bring you the most life affirming holistic sessions aimed at reawakening your truth, your power and innate blissful and happy state of being. These sessions help you overcome what's holding you back in life, releasing past traumas and eliminating the negative internal dialogue and habitual mental patterns that sometimes govern our state of mind, causing toxicity to our physical and mental wellbeing.
